Job #1 will include an initial review and evaluation of key Finance Seat processes and internal controls. Including the monthly accounting close, annual financial planning, financial reporting, business scorecard, business modeling, talent & benefits, technology and compliance. We will provide an initial assessment of Finance Seat core processes, make recommendations for improvement and help you implement the improvements by establishing annual goals and quarterly priorities and assigning clear owners.
